By registering with the SIS recruiting service, the prospect will become a part of the "search database" accessed by the Prospect Search Facility.
To register for this service, print the application form and send it to SIS along with a check for $10.00 to the indicated address on the form. Please note that the $10.00 fee does not entitle the prospect to the Prospect Maintained Achievements feature. It can be added however, for an additional $5.00 per year if desired.
